แต่สิ่งที่เห็น มองยังไงก็คืออันตราย

ทีนี้คุณก็ลองหันกลับไปทบทวนดูพฤติกรรมของผู้ชุมนุมที่หยิบยกมาให้คุณดูซิว่า พวกคุณใช้สิทธิเสรีภาพ โดยไปกระทบกระเทือนต่อสิทธิคนอื่นหรือเปล่า

รวมทั้งสิ่งที่พวกคุณกระทำ มันเป็นอันตรายต่อความมั่นคงของรัฐด้วยหรือเปล่า

อีกทั้งการใช้สิทธิชุมนุมของพวกคุณ มันไปทำลายความสงบเรียบร้อยของบ้านเมืองจริงหรือเปล่า

รวมทั้งข้อมูลที่พวกคุณนำมาโพนทะนาปราศรัย มันเป็นความเท็จหรือจริง คุณเคยรับรู้บ้างไหม

Answer:

Exercising one’s rights and freedom of expression according to the democratic system is ratified by the Constitution, but the Constitutional Court issued a judgment that

“Exercising one’s rights and freedom must neither harm national security nor violate other people’s rights or freedom.”

No matter from whichever angle, their actions witnessed by society, are dangerous.

Please take a look at the behaviors of the mentioned protestors whether they violated other people’s rights.
