การที่อัยการสูงสุดสั่งฟ้อง ทอน ช่อ บุด ด้วยข้อหา ม.๑๑๖ นี่ก็แสดงว่าอัยการสูงสุด เขาได้พิจารณาเห็นแล้ว พฤติกรรมของบุคคลทั้ง ๓ มีมูลให้ต้องพิจารณาฟ้องได้ส่วนสิ่งที่ ทอน ช่อ บุด ทำนั้นจะถูกหรือผิด ขึ้นอยู่กับศาลท่านจะพิจารณาว่า เข้าข่ายความผิดต่อความมั่นคงแห่งรัฐหรือไม่
แต่ที่พุทธะอิสระเห็นผิดแน่ๆ คือ
- ผิดที่บุคคลทั้ง ๓ ลืมรากเหง้ากำพืดของตนเอง
- ผิดที่ไม่มีจิตสำนึกระลึกถึงคุณของแผ่นดิน
- ผิดที่เอาสิ่งที่ตนไม่ชอบใจ ในบ้านเกิดเมืองนอนของตนเอง ไปประจานให้ต่างชาติได้รับรู้อยู่ด้านเดียว ทั้งที่บรรพบุรุษตนเองก็ยังหาอยู่หากิน เหยียบยืนอาศัยอยู่ในแผ่นดินนี้ แต่กลับออกตระเวนด้อยค่า ด่าประเทศตนเองให้ต่างชาติฟังอย่างสนุกปาก
- ผิดที่ชั่วชีวิตของบุคคลทั้ง ๓ นี้ไม่เห็นเคยได้ให้อะไร ทำอะไร ให้เป็นประโยชน์แก่บ้านนี้เมืองนี้แม้น้อยนิด
แต่กลับมาตำหนิ ติว่า ด้อยค่าองค์พระประมุขของแผ่นดิน โดยไม่เคยคำนึงถึงความรู้สึกของผู้คนส่วนใหญ่ที่เขารัก เขาศรัทธาว่าจะคิดอย่างไร เช่นนี้หรือจะเข้ามาเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง
ถามว่า เปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อใคร ทั้งที่ผู้คนส่วนใหญ่ของประเทศเขาไม่สบายใจต่อพฤติกรรมของบุคคลทั้ง ๓
- ผิดที่ก้าวแรกของผู้ที่ประกาศตนเองจะเข้ามาบริหารประเทศ แต่กลับก้าวเข้ามาสร้างศัตรู สร้างความแตกแยกให้กับคนส่วนใหญ่ของประเทศ
- ผิดที่กล้าออกมาประกาศความเปลี่ยนแปลง แต่ไม่กล้าที่จะออกมานำมวลชนต่อสู้เพื่อความเปลี่ยนแปลง แต่กลับไปเสี่ยมให้เด็กๆ เยาวชนออกมาละเมิดกฎหมายจนต้องมีคดีติดตัวในขณะที่ยังอยู่ในวัยเรียน
แต่บุคคลทั้ง ๓ ก็มิได้แสดงความรับผิดชอบอะไร
- ผิดที่ไม่มีจิตสำนึกรับผิดชอบต่อความผิดพลาดของตัวเองในเรื่องต่างๆ ที่ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อการยุยงปลุกปั่น ทั้งที่ข้อมูลเหล่านั้นมันผิดพลาด
- ผิดที่คิดว่า ตนเองรู้มาก ฉลาดที่สุด ทั้งที่แต่ละเรื่องที่ทำในเวลาที่ผ่านมา ไม่ได้เกิดประโยชน์ใดๆ แก่คนในชาตินี้เลย
- ผิดที่คนทั้ง ๓ และพวกสู้มาก็หลายปีแล้ว แต่คนไทย ประเทศไทย ก็ยังไม่เคยจับต้องประโยชน์ใดๆ ที่เป็นรูปธรรมใดๆ ได้เลย
- ผิดที่ปากก็ด้อยค่า แต่ตนและหมู่ญาติก็แสวงหาประโยชน์กับสิ่งที่ตนด้อยค่านั้น ตัวอย่างแอบไปฉีดวัคซีนทั้งที่ด่าเขา แถมไปฉีดก่อนผู้คนที่หลงเชื่อตัวเองด้วย
- ผิดสุดท้าย คือไม่มีจิตสำนึก ระลึกถึงบุญคุณของแผ่นดินไทย แสดงพฤติกรรมเนรคุณต่อแผ่นดินอย่างต่อเนื่อง
สรุปความแล้ว ไม่ว่าศาลจะรับพิจารณาคดีนี้หรือไม่ และผลจะออกมาอย่างไร
แต่ที่แน่ๆ ในสายตาคนไทย ผู้มีหัวใจรักชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์ พวกคุณทั้ง ๓ คนและพวกผิดแน่ๆ
ไม่ใช่พวกเราจะไม่ยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง แต่ต้องไม่เกิดจากการทำลายล้าง ดูถูกเหยียดหยาม ด้อยค่าต่อสิ่งที่มีมา
พวกคุณทำอย่างกับสิ่งที่มีมา และมีอยู่ในประเทศนี้ มันไม่ดี และไร้ค่าไปเสียหมด ทั้งที่พวกคุณก็ยังเหยียบยืนหาอยู่หากินอาศัยแผ่นดินมาอย่างยาวนาน หากแผ่นดินนี้มันไม่มีดีเลย แล้วพวกคุณจะมาทนอยู่ทำไม ?
ทำไมไม่ออกไปอยู่ประเทศที่คุณคิดว่า ดีเลิศ ประเสริฐศรีอยู่เล่า
ย้ำคนรักชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์ ไม่เคยปฎิเสธการเปลี่ยนแปลง แต่ต้องไม่เกิดมาจากการทำร้ายทำลาย

The Attorney General has approved the prosecution on sedition charges (the violation of Section 116) of “Thorn,” “Chor,” and “Butr”, on the grounds of their behaviors.
Whether Thorn, Chor, and Butler’s deeds are right or wrong depends on the court’s consideration of whether they violated national security.
Anyway, Buddha Isara has considered these to be their wrongdoings.
-Having forgotten their heritage
-Having no gratitude for the country
-Sharing one-sided stories to foreigners about what they dislike about their motherland.
Although their ancestors built up a fortune in this country, they have enjoyed looking down on their country in front of foreigners.
- All their life, they have never done anything beneficial for this country. On the other hand, they insult the kings without considering the feelings of most faithful Thais. As such, how could
they lead changes for the country?
When most Thais are uncomfortable with their behaviors, would these changes be for whom?
-The first steps of people who wished to run the country were to create enemies and cause division among Thais.
- While they dared to announce changes but didn’t dare to lead people to fight for changes. On the other hand, they instigated children and teenagers to violate laws, so they were charged
with lawsuits while studying.
Nevertheless, they never showed any responsibility.
- They never regret or show responsibility for making up fake stories to instigate and cause unrest.
- They think they are the most knowledgeable and the smartest, even though what they have done is not beneficial for people in this country.
- The three have fought for years, but Thai people have not seen any concrete beneficial outcomes.
- They kept looking down on things they and their relatives took advantage of. For instance, they were secretively vaccinated even before their followers, although they criticized the government on the COVID vaccine.
- Finally, they are not grateful for Thailand, seen from their consistently treacherous behaviors.
In brief, whether the court accepts this case or how its resolution turns out, the three of them are guilty from the perspectives of the Thai royalists.
Not because we don’t accept any changes but because any changes must not result from the destruction or defamation of our heritage.
You are acting as though everything in this country is bad or meaningless, although your families have made a living there for a long time. Why are you living here if there’s nothing good in this country?
Why don’t you move to other countries you find perfectly excellent?
Again, the royalists never deny changes, but the changes must not result from destroying and defaming others.
