- ไอ้ที่เที่ยวไล่ฟ้องชาวบ้านเข้าไปทั่วเนี่ย มันดีตรงไหน ?

- เห็นซ่า เที่ยวหาเรื่องกับคณะสงฆ์ไปทั่วอย่างนี้ เรียกว่าดีใช่มั้ย ?
- คดีกบฏ ไปถึงไหนแล้วหรือเส้นใหญ่ใครก็ไม่กล้าเอาเรื่องนี่ก็ดีใช่มั้ย?
- ที่บ้านเมืองต้องล่มจมอยู่ทุกวันนี้ไม่ใช่คนดีอย่างพวกมึงหละหรือ ?

ที่คุณถามเข้ามาว่า ไอ้ที่ฉันเที่ยวไล่ฟ้องชาวบ้านเขาไปทั่วมันดีตรงไหน
ตอบคุณคนชังชาติอย่างจริงใจว่า ฉันก็ไม่ได้อยากฟ้องร้องดอกนะคุณ ไหนจะต้องเสียเงินจ้างทนาย ไหนจะต้องมานั่งตรวจสำนวนการฟ้อง ไหนจะต้องเสียเวลาขึ้นโรงขึ้นศาลไปเบิกความตามคดี
เรื่องเหล่านี้คุณคิดว่า มันสนุกนักหรือ
หากพวกเขาเหล่านั้นรู้จักแยกแยะถูกผิด และเคารพสิทธิ์ของผู้เห็นต่าง โดยไม่ต้องมาเอาแต่ด่าว่า ใส่ร้าย ทำร้าย ทำลายผู้เห็นต่าง ด้วยข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จ หรือด้วยการโฆษณา ด้วยวาจา แล้วทำให้ฉันต้องเสียหาย แบบซ้ำๆ ซากๆ
จะด้วยความจงเกลียดจงชังหรือความหมั่นไส้ สะใจ ก็ตาม ซึ่งพฤติกรรมทั้งหมดของผู้ที่ถูกฉันฟ้อง ล้วนมีหลักฐานชัดเจนจนสามารถให้ศาลรับฟ้องได้

ฉันไม่ได้สร้างหลักฐานเท็จ ไม่ได้สร้างเรื่องใส่ร้ายใคร

เช่นนี้แล้วจะให้ฉันนั่งเฉยๆ อดทน ยอมรับความอยุติธรรมจากผู้คนที่เรียกตนเองว่า ผู้มีความรู้ มีปริญญา เป็นปัญญาชน แล้วคิดจะมาเปลี่ยนแปลงบ้านเมืองอย่างนั้นหรือ
บ้านเมืองนี้เขาเปลี่ยนแปลงด้วยการต้องทำร้ายเพื่อนร่วมชาติ ผู้เห็นต่างเช่นนั้นหรือ
ทำไมถึงอยู่ร่วมกับผู้เห็นต่างไม่ได้
ไหนว่า เป็นผู้รักษาสิทธิ์ เรียกร้องสิทธิ์ ต้องการสิทธิความเท่าเทียม แล้วผู้เห็นต่างอย่างฉันและคนอื่นๆ เขาไม่มีสิทธิ์อย่างที่พวกคุณต้องการบ้างหรือ
และขอบอกคุณคนชังชาติว่า แม้ฉันจะฟ้องร้องคนที่กล่าวเท็จใส่ร้ายฉัน ด้วยการโฆษณามากมายหลายคน แต่ก็ไม่มีใครต้องติดคุก จากเหตุที่ฉันฟ้องร้องเลยซักคน
ขอเพียงมีจิตสำนึกรับผิดชอบ ในสิ่งที่ตนกระทำอย่างจริงใจ

I have seen the anonymous person ask, so I want to ask as well.
- Is it good to sue people?
- Is causing a division in the Buddhist community that resulted in the formal act of suspension, good?
- Is daringly finding faults of other monks good?
- How is your treason charge? Or do you have a powerful connection that nobody dares to punish?
- Wasn’t it because of good people like you that the country is in such a destitute state like nowadays?
Answer :
You, who uses the name “anti-patriot”
First, thank you for asking about issues that have frustrated you.
Buddha Isara will try to explain you according to facts, without hiding any information, as much as I can.
You asked, “Is it good to sue people?”
My sincere answer to you is that I don’t want to sue anybody. There are expenses on hiring a lawyer. Then, I must review all the files of the lawsuits. And I must spend time going to the courts. Do you think all of these are fun?
If these people could differentiate right from wrong and respect the rights of people with different views. And if they didn’t criticize, slander, attack, and destroy people of different views with fake information, propaganda, and speech.
Their actions have repeatedly defamed me, whether it was because of their hatred, despise, or enjoyment. Their behaviors are obvious evidence for the courts to accept the charges.
I would like to emphasize that the evidence is obvious that the courts accept the charges.
I did not make any fake evidence or makeup stories to slander anybody.
Every case has witnesses both oral evidence and documentary evidence. Before filing lawsuits against them, I posted on Facebook to warn them.
Nevertheless, they did not realize but made mistakes repeatedly.
As such, should I just patiently accept injustice from people who call themselves scholars and who want to change the country?
Can this country be changed by hurting fellow Thais and people of different views?
Why can’t they live with people of different views?
They claim to preserve and demand rights and call for equality. Do people of different views like me don’t have rights as you want?
I want to tell you “anti-patriot” that although I have filed lawsuits against those who slandered me with fake information and propaganda, none of them has been
jailed.
As long as they sincerely have consciousness of responsibility for what they did, I have always forgiven them.
And your last comment in the question, “is it good?”
You might have meant me.
I have never said that I am a good person. All my life, I have always thought that if a person does good things with a kind heart and has goodness in one’s heart. Not
having to tell anybody, one will receive good outcomes.
