ในประเด็นนี้ เราท่านทั้งหลาย คงตระหนักรู้ว่า ประเทศไทยเป็นประเทศเล็กๆ ที่ได้เข้าร่วมเป็นสมาชิกสหประชาชาติและนาโต้
เมื่อเสียงส่วนใหญ่ลงมติคว่ำบาตรในด้านเศรษฐกิจและการเงินของรัสเซีย ไทยเราหรือจะกล้าไปโต้แย้ง
ขนาดลงทุนร่วมแถลงการณ์คว่ำบาตรไปแล้ว สหรัฐมันยังไม่พอใจ ยังส่งสัญญาณให้ไทยแสดงท่าทีประณามรัสเซียให้มากกว่านี้
แล้วถามว่า ทำไมประเทศไทยจะต้องยอมก้มหัวให้ชาติตะวันตก ยอมให้สหรัฐมาบีบบังคับชี้นำการตัดสินใจในเรื่องการเมืองระหว่างประเทศได้ขนาดนี้
อธิบายได้ว่า ประเทศไทยก็ไม่ได้มีใจจะยินยอมให้ประเทศใหญ่ๆ ใดในโลกมาบีบบังคับให้ต้องเลือกข้าง แต่ด้วยเหตุที่กายภาพของประเทศไทย หาได้มีแสนยานุภาพใดๆ ที่จะทำให้หมู่ประเทศยุโรป โดยเฉพาะสหรัฐ อังกฤษ ฝรั่งเศส มาเกรงใจไม่
ขนาดทัพเรือจะซื้อเรือดำน้ำ พวกนักการเมืองฝ่ายค้านและพวกที่แค้นเคืองประเทศไทย ยังวิพากษ์วิจารณ์สารพัด จวบจนถึงวันนี้ แม้แต่การเกณฑ์ทหาร พวกชังชาติก็ยังโจมตี เรียกร้องขอให้ยกเลิก
บ้านเมืองเรามีพวกชังชาติคอยค่อนคอด ชิงชัง เหยียบย่ำ ดูถูกชาติตนเองตลอดมา เช่นนี้แหละ แล้วจะมีแสนยานุภาพอะไรมาให้ฝรั่งมันเกรงใจ
อีกทั้งประเทศไทยก็ยังต้องพึ่งพาอาศัยค้าขาย ทำมาหากินกับประเทศใหญ่ๆ เหล่านั้นปีๆ หนึ่งเป็นแสนๆ ล้านบาท
หากรัฐบาลไทยไปทำแข็งขืน คนที่จะลำบากก็คือ คนไทยทั้งชาติ ที่ขายสินค้าไม่ได้
ประเทศไทยจึงต้องเลือกเอาผลประโยชน์ของชาติมาก่อนเป็นอันดับหนึ่ง แต่ก็หาได้ละทิ้งมหามิตรอย่างรัสเซีย จีน อินเดีย หรือประเทศที่อยู่ในเครือข่ายของรัสเซียไม่ ก็ได้แต่ใช้วิธีแสดงละครในเวทีการเมืองโลกไปชั่วครั้งชั่วคราว
ซึ่งเรื่องเช่นนี้ จีน รัสเซีย อินเดีย เขาก็รับรู้กันในทีอยู่แล้ว
การเมืองระหว่างประเทศมันก็เป็นเช่นนี้แหละ ปากปราศรัยน้ำใจเชือดคอ ทุกอย่างอยู่บนพื้นฐานของผลประโยชน์ทั้งนั้น
ส่วนที่คุณตั้งประเด็นถามว่า คนไทย รัฐบาลไทย ไม่เห็นถึงคุณูปการที่รัสเซียแสดงออกต่อประเทศไทยมาอย่างยาวนานบ้างหรือ
ตอบได้เลยเรื่องสงครามระหว่างประเทศ ไม่ว่าจะเกิดกับประเทศใด ด้วยสาเหตุใด
คนทั้งโลกไม่มีใครยอมรับดอก

ดังที่ยกมาให้ฟังนั้นแหละ
เมื่อใดที่สหรัฐและพรรคพวก ยังทำพฤติกรรมอันธพาล สันดานชั่วอยู่เช่นนี้ ประเทศที่อยู่ฝ่ายตรงข้ามกับพวกนี้ ก็จะถูกย่ำยีแบบที่เห็นๆ กันนั้นแหละ
พวกเราก็ได้แต่หวังว่า จีน รัสเซีย อินเดีย เกาหลีเหนือ และประเทศในตะวันออกกลาง จะสามารถค้านอำนาจของพวกฝรั่งอันธพาลเหล่านี้ได้บ้าง

I have already explained the cause why Russia attacked Ukraine. Now, I will answer the question of why the Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Thailand to the United Nations joined the announcement of the boycott against Russia.
Answer :
We should all know that Thailand is a small country in United Nations and NATO.
When the majority agreed to an economic and financial boycott against Russia, how could Thailand dare to disagree?
Even though Thailand joined the announcement of the boycott, the United States is still not satisfied and signaled that Thailand should have a more aggressive positioning towards Russia.
Why does Thailand have to submit to Western countries and let the United States influence our national decision on international politics?
Thailand does not want to be forced by big countries. However, Thailand does not have any military force that Western countries, especially the United States, the United Kingdom, and France, would mind.
When the Royal Thai Navy wanted to buy submarines, politicians of the opposition and those with a grudge over Thailand kept criticizing. Even nowadays, the anti-patriots have called for an abolishment of military conscription.
With anti-patriots who have kept criticizing and looking down upon our own country, how could the Western countries care about our military force?
In addition, Thailand still has to rely on trading with big countries. Each year, the value of international trade is hundreds of billion Thai Baht.
If the Thai government resists, Thai people will suffer and cannot sell their products.
So, Thailand has to choose its national interest first. However, Thailand has not abandoned great allies like Russia, China, India, and allies of Russia. It is just temporary acting in the world's politics.
China, Russia, and India are well aware of this. "A honey tongue, but a heart of gall." Everything is based on interests.
You raised the question of whether Thai people and the Thai government don’t see Russia’s benevolence towards Thailand for a long time?
I can answer right away that whenever international wars happen in any country and for whatever reason, nobody in the world accepts it.
When the United States bombed Iraq only because of dislike. Iraqi people got injured and died like falling leaves.
NATO and the Human Rights Council of the United Nations were soundless.
The United States attacked and killed Muammar Gaddafi, the leader of Libya. Qasem Soleimani, the Iranian major general, was assassinated by the United States via a drone strike. The Human Rights Council of the United Nations and NATO were silent.
Today, when Russia, fond of Marxism (communism), attacked Ukraine because Ukraine has brought in war, all democratic countries criticized Russia.
This is the world’s politics.
Justice is up to which side you belong.
The Thai government and Thai people realize the long-time benevolence of Russia and China towards Thailand.
However, Thailand’s positioning is due to the mentioned reasons.
As long as the United States and its allies behave like a gangster, countries on the opposite side will be threatened like this.
We only hope that China, Russia, India, North Korea, and Middle East countries can balance the power of these gangster Western countries.
