ทำไมคนไทย รัฐบาลไทยไม่มีจิตสำนึกถึงคุณูปการของรัสเซียบ้างเลยหรือ

ขออธิบายในกรณี ทำไมประเทศไทยต้องไปร่วมกับนาโต้แถลงการณ์บอยคอตรัสเซียกรณีบุกยูเครน
เรื่องนี้มันยาว หากจะอธิบายคงต้องขอให้ท่านพยายามอ่านให้จบกันหน่อยนะจ๊ะ จะพยายามเล่าคราวๆ ให้พอเข้าใจกับเหตุการณ์
ตั้งแต่ยุครัสเซียยังเป็นสหภาพโซเวียต มีการทำข้อตกลงกับนาโต้ โดยมีชาติมหาอำนาจสหรัฐเป็นแกนนำว่า นาโต้จะไม่ขยายอำนาจอิทธิพลเข้ามาครอบงำประเทศโดยรอบ ที่มีชายแดนติดกับรัสเซียจนมีวลีทอง ที่กล่าวโดย ประธานาธิบดีจอร์จ เอช ดับเบิลยู บุช ของสหรัฐว่า
ถ้าหากเยอรมนีที่รวมกันเป็นหนึ่งเดียว (ระหว่างเยอรมันตะวันตก กับ เยอรมันตะวันออก) และรับอนุญาตให้ยังคงอยู่ใน นาโต้ แล้ว ก็จะไม่มีความเคลื่อนไหวใดๆ เพื่อขยายเขตอำนาจของ นาโต้ ไปทางตะวันออกอีก “ไม่มีแม้กระทั่งนิ้วเดียว”
เพราะถ้าเมื่อใดที่นาโต้เข้ามาครอบงำประเทศโดยรอบสหภาพโซเวียตได้ นาโต้โดยสหรัฐก็สามารถเข้ามาตั้งฐานยิงขีปนาวุธถล่มรัสเซียได้
นี่คือเหตุผลหลักที่ทำให้รัสเซียต้องบุกยูเครนที่เคยเป็นของสหภาพโซเวียต ที่กำลังมีความพยายามที่จะเข้าเป็นสมาชิกของนาโต้ โดยมีสหรัฐและชาติตะวันตกเป็นผู้สนับสนุน รับรอง ถึงขนาดลงนามเซ็นสัญญาส่งไปสมัครเป็นสมาชิกกันทีเดียว
ช่วงเวลาที่สหภาพโซเวียตล่มสลายประเทศต่างๆ ก็พยายามที่จะเข้าร่วมเป็นสมาชิกนาโต้
ด้วยมุ่งหวังว่า จะให้ชาติสมาชิกนาโต้เข้ามาคุ้มครองพวกตน ซึ่งก็ตรงกับความต้องการของสหรัฐและพันธมิตร ที่ต้องการเข้ามาแทรกแซงประเทศรัสเซีย ที่ยังไม่เป็นประชาธิปไตย ตามที่พวกยุโรปมอง
ก่อนที่รัสเซียจะบุกถล่มยูเครน รัสเซียก็ได้ร้องขอให้นาโต้ทบทวนสัญญาที่จะไม่รับยูเครนและจอร์เจียเข้าเป็นสมาชิกนาโต้
ด้วยเหตุผลด้านความมั่นคง ดังที่บรรยายมา
เหล่านี้คือมูลเหตุที่รัสเซียยกขึ้นอ้าง
แต่ไม่ว่าจะด้วยเหตุผลใด ประชาชนทั้งสองประเทศก็ไม่ควรต้องมารับผลอันเลวร้าย สุดแสนยากลำบากที่เกิดจากการตัดสินใจของผู้นำทั้งสองประเทศ ที่นำพาสงครามมาทำร้ายประชาชน

Someone asked why Thailand has joined the boycott against Russia regarding its attack on Ukraine, although Russia has always been a great ally of Thailand. Why Thai people and the Thai government are not grateful for Russia?
Answer :
I will explain why Thailand had to join NATO in announcing the boycott against Russia regarding its invasion of Ukraine. It is a long story. Please try to read till the end. I will try to explain so that you roughly understand the situation.
When Russia was still a part of Soviet Union, it signed an agreement with NATO, which was led by the United States, that NATO would not invade any surrounding countries bordering Russia.
There was a famous speech of U.S. President George W. bush that as long as there is German reunification (between West Germany and East Germany) and Germany is a member state of NATO, NATO will expand “not one inch eastward”.
That’s because if NATO expands to countries surrounding the Soviet Union, NATO could set up a missile base to bomb Russia.
This is the main reason why Russia had to invade Ukraine, which was formerly a part of the Soviet Union. Ukraine’s wish to become a member state of NATO has gained a support and endorsement from the United States and other Western countries.
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, these countries have tried to become members of NATO to seek protection. This coincides with the United States and allies that wish to interfere with Russia. The Western countries view that Russia is not yet a democratic country.
Before invading Ukraine, Russia asked NATO to review its agreement not to accept Ukraine and Georgia as member states of NATO, because of the
mentioned security reason.
These are the causes that Russia has claimed.
For whatever reason, citizens of the two countries should not have to face such horrible and miserable effects from the decisions of their leaders, who have brought the war in to harm their people.
