หากเมตตา ไม่มีประมาณ

คนชั่ว คนพาล จะเต็มบ้านเต็มเมือง

คนพาลมีลักษณะ ดังต่อไปนี้

- ไม่รู้จักเหตุ

- ไม่รู้จักผล

- ไม่รู้จักตน

- ไม่รู้จักประมาณ

- ไม่รู้จักกาล

- ไม่รู้จักชุมชน

- ไม่รู้จักบุคคล

พระพุทธเจ้าทรงตรัสว่า

อะเสวะนา จะ พาลานัง

การไม่คบคนพาล

ปัณฑิตานัญจะ เสวะนา

การคบบัณฑิต

ส่วนบัณฑิตก็มีลักษณะตรงข้ามกับคนพาล

อย่าได้วิตกกังวลไปเลย พอขึ้นศาลแล้ว เดี๋ยวศาลท่านก็อบรมให้รู้ดีรู้ชั่วเอง

เมื่อคนพาลกลับตัวกลับใจ รู้ดีรู้ชั่วแล้ว ศาลท่านคงจะเมตตาให้อภัยตามสมควรเองแหละ

Someone questioned why Buddha Issara has no mercy. Why Buddha Issara has reported to police the offence and criminal complaints against many people, even children.

I want to explain that…

If you have mercy with no limit

The country will be full of bad people and rascals.

Rascals possess following characteristics.

- unaware of cause

- unaware of result

- unaware of oneself

- unaware of one’s place

- unaware of timing

- unaware of community

- unaware of type of person

Lord Buddha said that

One should stay with wise men but stay away from rascals.

The wise have opposite characteristics from rascals.

Don’t worry. When they go to the court, the court will teach them moral lessons.

Once the rascals change their behaviors and can differentiate between good and bad, the court shall give them mercy as appropriate.
